故郷 陸前高田

これから陸前高田に帰り、そこで私が写真を撮ることは、はたしてしてもいいことなのか、考えていた。カメラを持ち、その現場にいるすべてに人に写真を撮る権利があると思っていた今までの自身の常識がおおいに揺らいでいた。ただ、別れ際、友人が全てを理解した上で言ったであろう「写真を楽しみにしているよ」という言葉と、なんとか工面できた200本のフィルムがあった。


 I wondered to myself over and over if I should take a photo of Rikuzentakata city after I arrived at my hometown or not. I had a thought of all people have the right of getting camera and taking photos, but my thought shook.Only things which there were at the time were a word my friend in Tokyo said “I’m looking forward seeing your photos” on understanding of my feelings and 200 films which I could manage to get after a struggle.
