故郷 陸前高田

家にあったタンスがそのまま流れ着いていた。タンスから母親の母の形見の着物を見つけた。「こんなものあってもしかたがない」と言った母の気持ちが私にはよくわからなかった。
 A chest of drawers which there had been in my house drifted there. I discovered a keepsake, kimono from my maternal grandmother. I could not understand why my mother said “It is meaningless that I have such thing”.
